The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the deluxe room with street views, everything was really good. There were a work desk, coffee/tea makers and satellite TV in the room, loved that.

The hotel, staff and services are outstanding.
The post code sends you to housing estate and not the hotel.

The choice at breakfast is fine for an English hotel. The tea is delicious and you find enough to fill you up. The service in the restaurant during dinner is great.

Our stay in the Track Facing Beautiful Bedroom offered amazing views and a amazing breakfast spread. Although the spa facilities felt a bit underwhelming, the staff's attentiveness made our stay enjoyable, enriching our experience with their helpfulness and warmth.

The standard room was spacious with nice touches (audio in the bathroom!) and large screen TV. Very quiet, nice view of the race track.
It was very snooty and not very friendly - considering the amount we paid for one night, I expected friendlier service. Some of the advertised channels on the TV (MTV, Film 4) didn't work. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

The lighting in the room was very dim, despite the great spa treatments.

The picture looked very basic - the reality couldn't have been more different. Lovely hotel with friendly efficient staff and good food and bar. Weekend price a bargain.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff helped with directions during my first stay, which I still remember. Dining is great. I'll definitely return for a weekend.
